Virtual Reality System for Quantum Chemical Molecular Dynamics（New-RYUGA）

A three-dimensional visualization program for molecular simulation programs. This program supports the visualization for original programs developed in Miyamoto laboratory; i.e. Colors, Colors-Excite, Colors-Rare Earth, Hybrid-Colors, NEW-RYUDO, TRIBOSIM, and MONTA. Various options for the visualization of atoms, molecules, and solids are available. Two- or three-dimensional animations of atoms or orbitals are also available.
