A three-dimensional modeling program for molecular simulation programs. This program supports the structure file format for original programs developed in Miyamoto laboratory; i.e. Colors, Colors-Excite, Colors-Rare Earth, Hybrid-Colors, NEW-RYUDO, TRIBOSIM, and MONTA. Modelings of surface, interface, grain boundary, spherical structure of nano-particle, etc. are possible.
